Shipping Policy

Shipping Details 

• Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days of your purchase, except weekends and holidays. A tracking number will be emailed when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated.

• Domestic orders will be delivered in 3-7 business days after order has shipped.

• International orders will take 7-21 business days to arrive, depending on the country.  We are not responsible for any Customs Fees or Import Tax that your country may bill to you. We advise contacting your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. 

 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. 

Please email us at info@Gemzbyrabbani.com immediately with "Address Correction" in the subject line if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet. 

Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an refund.
